You would need to get an URL for one channel. Then add that onto your own list. Then get another URL for another channel and so forth.

You'd save all those URLs in a M3u file (similar to a text file). It's basically just a special text doc with UTF-8 encoding that the URLs are read into the Mega and then you'd see them channels, if they work.
You'd need to find these URLs thru on-line searching. When you do find them, they are not always working or they do work but may not work tomorrow. It's a constant search for quality working URLs
