As you may have noticed we have been experiencing continuous technical problems due to internet lines congestions in our data center located in Europe. We have recently recruited these services from a new ISP (Internet Service Provider) who will help resolve this issue.
Our team is working arduously in installing the new internet lines and we expect that by next week everything will be back to normal. Once the installation process has culminated you will notice increased fluency in switching the channels and absolute resolution to further freezing.
Like you, we are also users, but we currently cannot guarantee that freezing will not persist as you try to enjoy of our services. We understand it is frustrating to arrive home unable to sit-back and relax while watching TV. Please excuse us for the troubles this may have caused, it is in our interest to compensate for the inconveniences.
