NFPS / Private Announcement STICKY for Maintenance

In the announcements section can we get ONE sticky for IPTV Maintenance Outages. By keeping this one thread current, and updated, users can have one place to visit if they are subject to a maintenance outage.

There already is a IPTV Service Status sticky. Also, if tinieBlax posts an announcement, that would suffice as information that should be read. Keep in mind that there won't be a 'all is normal' post, because the server is in constant update anyway.
