  • I see people with this MAC issue often.
    The thing is that the service wants the MAC of the IPTV application that the device is using to connect to the service and not the actual device's MAC
    The IPTV application would be the DOL or MOL application and it's MAC will always starts with 00:1a:79
    If you noticed that the device's MAC and the IPTV MAC (DOL or MOL) have the same last 6 digits, but the first 6 are different. The first six is what tells the server to recognize the MAC. It will not recognize the device's MAC since it does not begin with 00:1a:79 ... nor does the device itself connect to the service, the DOL or MOL does.

I tried resetting, but it didn’t help.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Now every time I power off my Dreamlink T3 the message reappears and I constantly have to change portals to watch tv.

Any suggestions?

How are you connected with that T3 ?
Is it a MAC connection alone?
Or is it a MAC connection and credentials added ?
Or is it with no MAC attached but connected thru Credentials only ?

Try changing that up, depending how your T3 is connected now.


You could also try changing your 12 digit Donation number at the login papiao website. *Ensure to save the new number in case it does not show back up next login.
You could also try setting the Country lock to 'All Countries'. *This sometimes works but again it may have to be redone often as you are doing now with your portal.

Maybe a reset on your Home Networking as well (Router/Modem)

Are you using Rocket? When you say you changed portals to make it work, did you put the same info in another portal, disconnect the 1st portal and connect to the 2nd one? My nephew has the same problem with the code 7. I added credentials and allow all countrys at his donation checker, and the code 7 is still there.

I think Gasobet meant that he changed URL portals at the login website. Gasobet must be using iptv66 or nfps thou, because the user can not change the URL portal with Rocket.
