Not sure if this is right place for this but, I had to re-register on here, as i for got my password and tried to get new one but everytime I put my email in i never got a reply just wondering how I can get my old profile back if anyone can help I thank you for this.

Came home to day and tv not working, I was on portal 2 and i read that someone else was down he said to try anther portal as sometimes portals go down so i tryed that and now on all portals i get please check Internet connection and ulr, need some help with this please.not sure what to do...
