Yes you can use Paypal.Just choose that option.It does seem to take a few days longer using the paypal option.But it will get completed if you follow the instructions.

Yes you can move it to another tv.As long as it's the same isp you will be okay.But if your talking about moving to another tv at another location,you will have to do a iptv reset.

You should do a iptv reset everytime You switch between different places.

From what i can tell US channels have been down for a little bit so it might of been a bad time to test your options.

You got that a little backwards.You have to have a country selected to do a reset.Just unplug the box do a reset then change it to allow all country's then plug the box in.If gonna fix the problem it will work.
