Stb blocked call provider please help mag 254

Hi Everyone hope all is well, I'm having issues every time I power up my mag 254 there is no channel list or videos and also not able to get into settings to reboot device. Have to do hard reboot to get everything working again. Is anyone experiencing this and is there a fix for it. Thanks
