it say’s account is block or expired

I tried resetting, but it didn’t help.
Anyone else having the same problem?
(my service expires on February 28, 2023)
Thanks for the post. Made the change from 20 to 40 but no joy. The only channel that doesn't freeze is 214.
I'll keep checking my internet but in the meantime if there's anying else you can think of, let me know.

I've received a message stating the my account was blocked or has expired. I've check my account and it is still active. I have done a reset but nothing changed. Any solutions?
