    Looks like I fixed it by turning off all video acceleration in video settings if anyone else is having the issue.

    Its not on all channels but some seem to flash a little bit not a steady picture on sd channels, anyone else notice is there a fix or just the way it is? Im running kodi 15.2 openelec thanx!
