Day-3...same issue as the above to no avail. At least i'm not alone....will not accept the un/pw......and i know it's the correct info. Any other suggestions on what to do next will be greatly appreciated.

Went to the rocket server and input my mac address. It said I'm good to go. Yeah right! I'm still getting an "error" on the authentication. I'm typing in the rocket # for both lines. Can someone tell me if this is right or wrong?

Greetings from northern cal! Not sure where to post this but portal will not load...same as last night. I have rocket and a mag 257. I've unplugged it and restarted it many times including shutting the router down cold. Any suggestions??
