    Yes I tried on your emulator and the stb emulator I generally use. On yours I get a contact the provider screen to register the device and on stb emulator pro I get the authentication screen. I have 33 days on my one month anxious to try it out.

    I got a mac assigned and when I enter my route number as my username and password I get an authentication error. I just bough the service 3 hours ago but according to the site my route and mac are fine. What do I need to do?

    Just got my route in the email after signing up am I correct that I have to wait on a mac address before enjoying the service?
