    Why does picture freeze so often

    I am trying to watch the football game. The channel keeps freezing about once a minute for 5-15 seconds at a time. I am able to monitor my internet connection and it is both clean and fast. Why does it keep freezing?

    Move favorites link to top

    I think many people access channels by creating favorites but the link to access favorites is near the bottom of the list in the left panel. Since people access favorites so much by clicking on this link, it should be easy to access near the top of the list
