Please Add the YES network to channel list. YES network available would be awesome. Probably not really important to some but I used to watch that and it was gone. I would like to see it added whenever possible.

I reset early this am on 5 was successful in the reset, waited about 5 minutes , still no connection. A quick change to my port, got 4. Bam... smooth sailing!;)

Do they really respond to ping requests? Even if up? I never tried that to test it. Figured it was ignored.

I have a device on portal 5 that just went down and I can not reset the account or make any changes. Just times out. I don't want to change portals so I am just waiting to see if there is a resolution. I have the same problem.
