Yes you are right, mine keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, Also Freezing on most channels. Well i only have 20 Days left on this box, TvOnline. Then i am getting rid of it. I am looking to get the Nvidia Shield. This way i can install different apps when IPTV has issues :) and i won't be left...

Update: Rebooted router, all channels still freeze, VOD does not freeze. So does that mean it's the service? Again, VOD does not freeze. Trying to get this box going while i am on Vacation :)

I had similar issue. Where user name was i had my email and password was my donation number After doing this User name= Donation Number Password= Donarion number All is well and connects just fine. Try changing your Email in user name section for your donation number, then reconnect, if...

My TVonline box has really bad picture quality, It's jittery, slow panning, kind of like a slow motion picture but faster, Blurry when changing scenes etc. So is it the Box or IPTV Service? My internet speed is high and working great.
