just looking for an answer its probably technical. why is it when you goto a channel it never pops in? I get the black screen and then the banner at the bottom with the channel info but the picture never locks in. change to a different channel and no problem. was just curious and maybe looking...

like so many things that happen you end up trying different things until it works thx for all the suggestions I finally got lucky and changed to the other url and it worked hope this helps someone with the same problem

i have set up many of these mag boxes for some reason this will not load. I have 66.iks66.tv in the address for the portal(triple checked). I have another service on the same box and it works so I know its not an internet connection. all I get is it comes back to page loading error the only...

can someone explain why the system go down everyday around 6 sometimes comes back in 15min sometimes and hour it's been this way for months

why is it everyday at about 6 the show or shows I'm watching just goes out . black screen then I change channels and it won't load. if I wait 15 or 20 minutes it comes back. its reLLY QUITE ANNOYING THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS. ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS

I bought a new route for an existing account. when I tried to add it by changing the mac address it says account already exist which it does. is there anyway to add the new route to the existing box without have to wait for the old account to expire? thx for any and all info

My box seems to be frozen on the infor screen it simply wont load. I have done the hold menu button down while plugging in the unit there is no change. I changed it from nand to dchp and now this is the result. should I just throw it away or can someone help me ?thx for any and all help

I have a mag 256 and I get so much freeing it becomes unwatchable. I have another service and it works fine so I have a backup to ease the frustration
