Can someone tell me why my boxes would be blocked it said I have 41 days left

Hi guy does anyone know how to fix the channels on a t1 plus all my channels shifted up like HGTV used to be 115 now it is channel 38 and discovery used to be 182 now it is 104 any help would be much appreciated.
