I gave up on this service for the same reasons. Poor service zero support from providers ( not this forum admins, they do a good job). Got a UK provider sub. Similar price and reliable streams and great support. No more trying to deal with some unknown Chinese people for me.

Well said theone, the support on this forum is second to none. Other "providers" offer zero support. Some good knowledgeable people around...You just need to be polite and patient and give as much info as possible if you have a problem.
