    I have, it just says it could take 24-48 hours and to check that the card has been charged. It's been longer than 48 hours and the card has been charged.

    Setting a custom group I'm not sure about. Maybe check to see if there is an option to turn off backend groups first. If not then just manually move the channels.

    If you go to system>tv>general you will see the option 'use channel order from backend'. If you disable that you can then move the channel. Then when you exit Kodi it will still stay there. Works for me since I changed the sky sports.

    You need to buy at least 8 codes to become a reseller. Then you assign each donation and the 365 days will start from each code assigned. Buying two codes I believe will start them immediately.

    You need to get the Mac address from the system info on the fire stick. Then pair them with the donation code. Then use a guide on how to input the Mac.

    Maybe because I have paid for my live TV, but when I select iVue it will come up authorisation error. But when I select another channel it works fine. I don't use iVue but I hope you guys integrate for a better looking TV guide.

    I've set it up like I've done a ton of times now and the EPG under the channels isn't working and only a few are showing up in the guide section. I'm using http://is.gd/NFPSE I did try http://is.gd/NFPSF but that just done the same thing.
