    Is kodi 15 a mandatory upgrade for IPTV to work?

    I am running 14.2 so just wondering if it is needed to updated to 15 to watch NFPS, Rocket, etc? I am running an ouya so would have to go through the process of getting it to android 4.2 minimum.

    Stalker (STB emulator) showing in bottom left section of screen - not full screen

    So I am running Ouya STB Emulator and when stalker starts it only shows at the bottom 1/4 of my screen. Anyone encounter this and know how to fix?
