I have a mag 254 and I was 4 hours off. I used anchorage Alaska as my time zone and I am back to 1 hour off. That works better than 4 hrs

I finally ordered me a new mag 245 and after setting it up it comes in as no internet, no ethernet. It doesn't give me the yellow bar when it tells you to reboot device or portal. I changed the mags mac # before I started to set it up. Maybe this is the reason? How long does it take after...

My mag 254 is giving me a hard time. I can turn it on, it will have the imfomir logo it gets to loading and it is stuck there. Is there something I can do to fix this?

I have a mag 254 and am using r----t server. For quite some time now my mag, after 4 hrs of play will cut off. The machine power does not cut off just the viewing. Does anyone else have this problem If I start again it will work for another 4 and then shut off

I have DSL 6.0 mbps. Was using the mag 254 before and it was working fine. Don't understand why it doesn't now. When we had IKS and IPTV and there was a ECM we used it. worked beautiful. Can you suggest anything I can do?

I did the reset but it is still the same. Works fine when not prime time. Sent an email to Papaio and rec'd one back today, saying they are sorry for the inconvenience that they are working on it to get it back the way it was.
