did you try re-installing from scratch again? i know that is an obvious thing to try, lol, is openelec and kodi 17.1 compatible with the device you are installing it on? don't know how to interpret the log but most likely someone on this forum can help with that, good luck...

your url is missing the double forward slash // after http, I only see one forward slash in the url's you posted that you tried, should be hxxp://p1.iptvprivateserver.tv/c/index.html, not sure if your aware of this but worth mentioning as that error will stop you from connecting

you do not mention what equipment you are using, if trying to use 17.1 on an android box it will need to have 5.1 or higher, 6.0 marshmallow, 7 nougat is out now as well, anything less than 5.1 and you can not use kodi 17.1

you really should read the annoucements and forum, don't think iptv stalker is supported anymore after the changes but as suggested already try couch potatoe

really, just go to u-tube, tons of video's on how to install/reinstall kodi or even use google

looks like that app only works for vcaribtv iptv, (same as the ops name) and would be useless for the services offered here so really not needed

that could be because a number of reasons from the type of equipment/box you are using, the method you are using to view the content, internet connection, the path the source takes to get to you, the service providing you, how you have it all configured, etc, etc...too many factors to just say...

you have to understand that members are fed up with this service, same issues never being resolved fully, and yes, they can choose to move on but for some that is not an option and getting what has been advertised should not be too much too ask when this service has been in operation for years...

no ppv's or vod when using pvr stalker, as mentioned, use the papaio stalker add on and look in the vod section for ppv's, there is a zip file posted if the epg.ninja repo is not working, just do a search using the forum's search option

with any similar service you will find channels come and go and some work better than others

i dont even think nfps/rocket/66 iptv have been around for 2yrs, lol, as suggested already do an iptv reset and see what happens

with as many people using nfps iptv if there were ongoing issues the forums would be flooded with complaints, there are some posting with issues but that is expected with so many factors contributing when using iptv, as you have probably done numerous times already, check your complete set-up...
