    Audio Issues Mag 254

    Hi, I have my box and the picture is perfect but I have no sound. I tried all the settings. Reset, shut off ... but nothing. All the channels and movies are there but no sound. Any suggestions on what could I do? thanks, Maria M

    Hello

    I'm having issues with the audio. The picture is good. but I'm not getting sound. I check all the settings, reset, off and on. The sound in the TV is fine. Does anyone have any suggestions?
