5 days later and I am still not able to use my subscription for my mag254 this is ridiculous I am unable to link my mac to my donation each time I try I get "mac already exist" and I cannot reset my mac. Will I ever be able to use my mag254 or I will I have to cancel this service and get a refund.

I am unable to get my mag254 working this has been 7days counting and I am unable to add or reset my mac ... I keep getting my mac already exist. Can anyone tell me how I can get this resolved?

I'm still getting that my mac already exist and I cannot reset it. My mac in the donation area is still reading 00:00:00:00:00:00 any suggestion on what I can do ?

Now I am getting a message "Mac Address Already Exists " .... I never got to successfully set it. I'm using a mag254 and I'm now trying to tie my mac for the first time.

I also tried to change my MAC and got the same Fatal error.
