They reset my IPTV and told me to reboot my system. I did that but I still keep getting the log in screen. Can someone please help?

I am getting this same message. My login keeps failing and it keeps bringing me back to the login screen. I have not been able to watch my IPTV for weeks.

When the system tries to load my IPTV66, it jumps to a password screen. I enter my user name and password and click ok. It takes then says it is loading IPTV and takes me right back to the log in screen.
