I just started subscription with IKS66, So Far I am experiencing down channels ,many down channels. I wanted to know if everyone was experiencing this. Is it something regarding my initial setup! Is it on the IKS66 side causing issues? I did not notice complaints of multiple channels being down...

Farmer ,could you clear up some confusion for me? Can you tell me if payeasy ,epay ,globebill are specific types of international pay credit cards that are only accepted by the three supported servers in the forum, or are they just engines used by the servers to accept any international pay...

I see that it is recommended not to use Pay Pay, however it looks like the forums supported servers only accept PayEase ePay and Globebill pre paid cards. Can someone tell me if this is the case and if so where can I get one of these prepaid cards in the US. Any help is always appreciated!

I Can't get past authentication logon/password window. I tried using order number in both login and password window, I also tried to use route and order number and I tried to reset. Nothing worked. Any suggestions? Would appreciate the help, Thanks!

I started up my Mag 254 and all I get is the blue background with the blue and light blue bar trying to connect. Do I need to reset my box. I see their are issues going on but I don't see anyone with the same as mine. Is there anyone out there who can help. I would appreciate.
