Several reboots, several MAC changes still no luck. Just factory reset my MAG and set it all up again. Still STB is blocked. I messaged support via the website yesterday and again today. No response at this point. The account works fine if I change the MAC and fire it up on an android emulator...

Well having switched my MAC a couple dozen times today I can say for myself it is not working on my MAG254. I have emailed and received no response. There are 16.7M possible MACs on the 79 line. Seems like a lot but really pretty easy to guess at.

Glad I only paid for a month. Will have to move on if I cannot get this resolved.

Same issue here. Brand new MAG254.. Worked yesterday when I was testing. Brought to another location to setup and got STB is blocked. Tried changing MAC +1 and back no change Changed MAC to 78 and setup android emu and it works fine. Change MAC back to MAG 79's and still STB is blocked...

Thanks.. Was kinda hoping they would just blacklist the mac. Again not planning on trying to double dip. Was just thinking of having the emu running on my phone with a kodi box at home. I can fire it up on the phone if I know no one is home. Next thing you know wife sneaks home to have an affair...

Did some more reading.. Appears they may just blacklist the MAC and I will have to change it. I know It will happen that if I have it on my phone I will accidentally start the app while its running on the computer at some point. Just wanted to be sure I would not end up with a dead account.
