    Hi, I have the same issue and it has been 72 hours. Checked status on the site and it says it is active. Have tried the previous suggestion above multiple times and still no result. Any more suggestions? Thanks

    Rocket Login problem

    We still have nothing. We have reset mac address and checked the rocket. It says it is active but still no picture and an error when trying to put login and password. Thanks!!

    It is MAG 254 2.6-11B-00 U3, it just says error. The donation was made today and is showing as active when I check it.

    Just gave donation to IPTV Rocket for one year and am getting an error message when entering user and password. Any ideas why? Thanks
