Thanks to everyone for the advice/help. After the timer cleared I was able to redo all the directions in the right order and now have the live TV streaming perfectly. The only thing left is the guide isn't working so I'm researching possible causes/fixes.

Yeah I made those changes prior to step 12. I did a piss poor job following directions and caused this mess for myself. I thought that the parameters that worked for STB emu would work for the kodi setup and I was clearly wrong and should have read more thoroughly before diving in headfirst...

Ilan, thank you for your feedback. I saw a post you linked before step 8 and followed it; however, I still had complications. Once the timer clears I'll try again and implement your suggestions.
