    I have done a cold reboot which I have done with previous success.     Cannot Reset MAG254

    After tonights server issues I did a reboot and now have a Blank screen as a result. Tried a power off and menu reset and no luck. any suggestions for a fix?

    I tried that. Another thread indicates the server is down for all. I presume this is the cause.

    Had the same issue. Now says "Your STB is blocked, Call the provider.

    My MAG 254 has been working as expected until recently. When trying to enter the portal I am getting "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider" Portal id and settings are as when it was working. Any help with resolving this would be appreciated. Tnx
