    NFPS / Private No Service - Assistance Needed

    Very disappointing service Likewise over the last 2 weeks the service has been terrible and for the past 2 days nearly all UK channels down MAG254. Portal change just gives me P3 or P5, never P1, P2 or P4. When will the upgrade be completed?
