I have entered my donation number and have gotten my info but when the box boots up it goes through the process and then it says authentication and i put in my username and password and i get error in the right corner of the authentication area- llynch5

The problem is with the donation...I have done everything properly but when i go to login with the username and passcode it says error...I'm using my donation number as it asked me to but i'm still getting error...I purchased the donation an hour ago...- llynch5
