Something is very strange. I think US ISPs are now beginning to block IPTV Stalker. With my Time Warner Cable connection I can successfully ping all 3 portals. This means my IP isn't blocked. However, I get the URL timeout error, which means that TWC somehow knows I'm attempting to watch IPTV...
