I havent been able to see channel 131 and others lately. My download speed is 10.76 Mbps, upload 2.42 Mbps. Any thing else I should check? Is the channel down? Thanks

I just got this message today when I turned on the TV:"Your STB is blocked. Call the provider" I figured my subscription expired. Tried to check and couldnt. So I renewed for another three months and still nothing. I did get my credit card charged..... What can I do? Thanks in advance
