    Brand new with problems channel freezing etc

    Brand new set up today. Many channels freeze for an extended period start for a second and freeze again and again. Especially ppv and vod. I also have a channel that is green over the broadcast. Also no channel info Suggestions welcome and appreciated. Thanks

    NFPS / Private Newbie--Is there a free app to get PBS

    I will be setting up my box and service this weekend.Ecstatic to ditch dish!! My only missing channel is PBS. Is there a way to view any PBS stations. TIA--I am a complete beginner on this tv experience. Elizabeth
