What's going on with it? When I'm on a channel and click the 3 lines button on the remote to see the guide all I get is channels 1-9. Anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix it?

Why, every few days, do I have to hard reboot this thing (Mag 254)? I'll wake up turn the tv on and its frozen on a black screen. Remote is unresponsive so I have to pull the plug and plug it back in...Anyone else?

I thought I read that if you purchase rocket after january 31 you will have to pay a pro-rated fee for the remaining days on your rocket once it goes private?

How do I purchase just the pro rated iptv service? I already have the iks donation code but it was bought after the February cut off. I dont see the option for just adding the iptv on the rocket site and have tried emailing them to no avail. Anyone done this yet that can tell me how? Thank you

Certain channels/movies usually at a loud scene the sound goes all glitchy sounding. Hard to describe, sometimes goes along with the picture pixelating. Why does it do that? Is that the box? Source of the stream? A wrong setting? Thanks
