I got message that stb blocked. 3 weeks left on rocket. So I purchased new rocket and tried to change mac address on new rocket. Now it wont change mac address as it says address already exits. So now I have 2 rockets and none that work. Still getting stb blocked. Anyone have any ideas?

I am trying to get certain channels from europe but it keeps telling me not available. I was wondering if I had a vpn from there, would that fix this problem? I dont know much about this so if anyone could clarify some things for me, that would be great.
