    Rocket STB Bloccked ? try this....

    Hello, so am new to the Iptv world. I have a mag 254, I tried to set it up and already have my donation. I have annrrror message of STB blocked contact provider. Can anyone help me with this issue? Is it my cable provider or the donation source?? Thank you,
