I cant find one that has movie channels in HD

SKY UK moviechannels in HD why are there nowhere the SKY UK IPTV moviechannels in HD ? Is it because the channels are paired to the card? But IPTV comes from direct from hdmi, or ?

I have problems with US channels (germany). The are jerking all the time. All other european are fine. I tried as setting: ntsc, 50/60, 720p/60, 720p/50. and a lot more. On satreceiver I changed it to 60Hz and US channels are not jerking but on MAG 254 the 60 seems not to change something...

is it possible to install Kodi on MAG ? Or is it another system? (like on FireTV)
