    I am a new mag254 box user. I have a new box but it would not work. When I plug it up a blue screen appears with the letters tftp load. its not moving. HELP!!!!!!! if this can't be solved can this box be replaced?

    Blue screen at setup

    Hi I am new to this iptv and have bought a mag254 box. I tried installing it but a blue screen popped up at installation with 'tftp loading' on it. I am unable to move from this so now I'm stuck with a new and useless box. How can this problem be solved?
