I programmed the blue volume button to control the volume on my TV set. How do I delete the programming on the remote to default?

My volume longer works on my Mag-254 using Rocket service. The volume is very low and I can't adjust it. I'm not sure if this is related to Rocket or the latest Feb. 20 software update. Please advice.

Finally got it to work from my iPad but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue with freezing on several channels - especially one of my favorite channel, BBC AMERICA 135. It's been over a week that it's been freezing and unwatchable.

Can someone please tell me if there is a problem with the Papiao site because for the second straight day I am unable to log in with my credentials. If it's something related to my donation, can a mod or someone affiliated with Rocket please assist me in resolving this issue. Thanks

Yes. It's the 12-digit user name/password sent in the email...aka the donation number. However I can't even get the Papiao site to even come up/load. Is it down for maintenance?

Same server (Rocket 11), same device (Mag 254) but freezing like crazy. Hard-wired to Mag 254 with down speeds of 60 Mbps. Espn and other channels working well but not BBC America.

FREEZING: BBC America [135] For more than a week now. Pretty much unwatchable. Can we get a fix for this and the other many non-working channels that are being reported as down and freezing. Just re-upped for 1 year too. SMH. FML. :mad:
