connects OK loads the channel guide but no channels No vod Has been this way since xmas I have 3 donations.

How do I check to see if my IP is blocking my unit. I have 3 services and they all act the same way. One is 66 and 2 are rocket they load up I get a guide I select a channel and they are blank no pic and no sound. I have a 4th service that works. It has been this way since around xmas. Thanks

Why does one service work and one doesn't ?

If it wasn't on the right server and url it wouldn't bring in the guide it has no pic and sound just blank.

All that I can come up with is that some how my modem is stopping it but the guide is loading but that is all I get . When I change the mac address it won't load change it to the correct one and it loads

Yes rocket the other works in either portal rocket won't work in either

I have tried most of the channels in english none work

videoclub says file missing on all

The other portal is working fine when I swapped the service the other service worked fine in this portal.

Same thing I don't know why one service will work and this one won't I have tries it on a new mag I don't know if it is the modem causing it or what.
