Latest update, after 8 tries on one machine, and 10 tries on another, they finally took. Looks like once the MAC Address is updated, it takes about 30-60 minutes for the updates to come to the machines. Thanks for everyones help!

Now I have successfully updated the MAC addresses for both machines and now go back and enter donation for username and password on two different machines and two different donation numbers, and getting error. I am at a loss here

Mine is http://11.iptvrocket.tv, which is what is in the guide, should it be something different

From the donation, the ports are 35955 (Dish) 65000 (Claro TV 50W) 55000 (Dish Mexico) 60000 (Sky Mexico)

I am having the exact same issue, running a Mag254, I put in my information, add my mac address, and get "Mac Address Could not be Updated ". What now?

I am entering my donation number for both username and password, that is not the issue. The issue is that I renewed, the donation number is active, and checked the donation number on https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket/. All is good there, MAC address is set to zeros. and reset MAC address...

Just renewed my service yesterday for two boxes, entered by username and password, and got error on both boxes. Hunting to find out what is going on, but cannot find anything, any help is appreciated!

Nothing working today, cannot get any solid streaming for more than 5 seconds, and then becomes choppy and un-watchable. So going to have to agree with a few other folks, that when the service was free there was a great viewing experience. Since the transition, and with all updates and...

there looks to be freezing as number of users come online. Especially with the timing of east to west coast. At around 6 pm PST, the load must get completely saturated as the freezing increases at that time. Probably load balancing issues. I bet if you did the poll of east coast to west...

Improvement is subjective, as I do not see it! Been on the service for 9-10 months, with two boxes, and service is the same. Freezing during prime time (post 6 pm PST) everyday. So unless you are home during the other times, it is sometimes viewable. Buyer beware!

Not sure what holding on til Feb 1st will do. At this point I have 2 boxes, and freezing has been in place since the move to Live from Beta. Most days there is no watching the service as the freezing is not even bearable. It is definitely buyer beware, and do your homework before investing.

If you are on the West Coast and interested in the service, I would recommend to wait, go and get yourself an Android box and use that for now, as using this service is of absolute no value for evening and weekend use on the West Coast - Just keeping those informed who want to know.

Definitely not ISP, have tried 3 (1 broadband, and 2 ADSL), same results here on the west coast. Evenings, there is definite freezing just like weekends. This looks more to the load of the servers than the ISP. Running Kodi and Netflicks and have no issues on those, only the private server...

OK, 300 channels here on the west coast freezing this morning from 9 am on. Have 25 down with 3 up on DSL.
