I have 300mps internet. 3 Mags at 3 different locations and all are EXACTLY the same on the New York locals. All other channels look good on all 3 Mags, but the NY locals definitely have bad quality. I have no idea what it looks like on your TV, but I can tell you what it loos like on...

Since they reappeared this week, the audio bitrate is a lot lower and picture quality is much worse. If you consider the current video and audio on the NY locals good, your standards are very low.

But the video quality is a lot worse than it was and the audio quality is bad as well.

My guess is those who say only 20% are working, and using the KODI add on.

I haven't noticed a change in the speed at all. They are small but serve their purpose.
