The route checker has been working on and off. I was able to log in earlier to set my MAC. Now I logged back to reset my IPTV and I see that it's down. I was also sent my route number this morning for which I paid 3 days ago. All in all, I think they're close to getting it back up and running...

Three times a day is sufficient if we didn't constantly have to check to see if our routes have been updated to accept mac addresses. Since, it still shows us IPTV N/A, a lot of us have been checking to see if there have been any updates so that we can link a mac and do an iptv reset to get going.

Your "route" number is the same as your donation number. Or it is also referred to as the username/password that was sent in the first email to you from IKS66. Order # is separate from this and it will start with 6821.

Definitely check your spam folder, I got mine despite it saying to wait 24-48 hours on the website.

I am emailing them right now. I guess it is a site issue as others are running into the same problem. I hope it is resolved soon. Wonder if we all will get a month of service free added due to all the issues lately. It would be a nice gesture and would help regain faith of the customers.
