Buffering is still occurring over a month now. Similar providers that I'm using has been working flawless without any VPN. NFPS please fix this as since February there has been a consistency of issues which doesn't look good at all.

Welcome. However we need to get a resolution to this , so to the mods, please let the providers know. I have emailed them already but no response thus far as I'm paying for a service that at this time is waste of money.

I know brother. I switched from portal 1 to 4 and it seems to be working much better so I'm assuming portal 1 is having congestion issues however I can't tell all these people now to switched to this as it's done already final quarter.

I;m disappointed as it seems like it's a Sunday and for some reason the service can't uphold all these customers using your service. It's unacceptable and in important situations especially now you guys need to be more proactive than this.
