    Rocket Buffering all the time and kicks me out

    System said it was updating and then re-booted. Will not connect at all now. Says to check your internet connection or URL. Both are correct. Internet is connected and URL is correct. Why won't the system connect? I have the DreamLink D-Lite box. HELP....

    IPTV66 Trouble Receiving Channels

    I was just wondering if anyone is having trouble receiving the regular programming? I can access the VOD but the HBO's and suck are constantly trying to load but cannot. I have the dreamlink D-Lite box. All the channels are stuck on loading. This is the second day like this. Any suggestions???

    Where are the customer service people when you need them??????

    I have emailed support 5 times between this week and last. They claim they will get back to you in 12 hours or less. I have not received even one email back to help me.
