There were no rules like that , i know a dozen people who use iks and iptv and the same time and never had issue . Where in the forum says u cant do that? I remember reading 1 donation can work with iptv and free iks. Never read 1 has to be turned off.

Alright, but if the system already is set to not to allow user to reshare the donation in first place then why is the provider assuming user is resharing the donation and they won't reactivate the donation again...? It is clearly happening to many other people here.

It cant be used on 2 receivers, only 1 mac is allowed per donation and 1 iks receiver. We are not doing anything different .

This is so frustrating . Once donation goes inactive and if a mac is linked to it then mac gets banned too. Happend to my friend twice withing 1month. This is on going thing for everyone . Is papiao taking any steps to solve the issue?

Can you add the chs manually by entering the ch url on kodi or how does kodi works?

hello, my friend has a mag254 he has been using it for about 10 months and donation still has 65 days left. he did a factory reset and its telling him to put the user and password. he tried and it wouldnt work so he logged onto to papiao.is and noticed that the donation is inactive with 65 days...
