STB Blocked

Hi, yesterday I login using my user id and password and I was able to watch TV; today I got a message saying STB blocked. My box is a Mag 254. I have the latest firmware. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you for your suggestions.

STB Blocked can either be 2 things, your mac address is listed wrong in Papaio or your donation has expired.

Unplug all conections and reboot. Also u may want to reebot ur router for fresh ip.
