We could argue ISP's forever. Neither of us will ever win against them! But, I have had Netflix for over a year, and only once in that time period did I ever get a buffer glitch. I also use torrents to dload movies...most times at several hundred mbits, no problems. And at least from my viewing...

You may be correct there. But in defense of my thoughts, a good chunk of time has passed, and some things have not improved, actually getting worse. I am a believer of IPTV being the future way to go. I don't have the answers for this, only those that work the back end can make it happen...

Just thinking, in May, when IPTV was changing to private, we were told that it might take up to 90 days to settle down ( freezing, missing channels etc.) It's been 90 days, and there appears to still be big problems. Anyone else have any comments on this?

Well, pinging isn't going to help anyone. Mine pings fine. But. I haven't been able to connect to any channel since yesterday. Even then, it took about 45 seconds to connect! Even worse, it would just go blank. Seems to me they are trying to fix something that already worked fine.

Yes...I have mentioned this several times. Make it the USA version. Much better.

Anyone have any luck using the Mag 254 <app> and shutting off sub-titles? Doesn't appear to work.

Couldn't help but try it #1tiny. hasn't helped much. The dns change has made the most diff.

I had changed the dns to 8.8.8.8 but nit the secondary, Appears to help, but some channels are still freezing. But many are much better after changing secondary dns and re-booting everything! floder2 - 30 mbits...never a problem with anything else. Thanks for help.

Well, as I stated, checked everything i could think of. The diff is the portal server. Believe me, i have no problems with other internet connections...netflix, vuze whatever. I find it hard to believe all of a sudden its on my end. Thanks for your reply.

Well, ever since the 'switch' was made, i am having a lot of freezing on all channels. Yes i checked my settings, i checked my internet connections, I have checked everything. My beef is, it has gone private, yet it has gotten worse. Hard to understand what tweeks/changes are occurring. 90 days...

For those with IKS, beware that charlie is moving all channels to MPEG4. No HD box = no channels.

I know I've stated it before, but I really miss the USA version of TRAVEL channel. The epg shows us programming, but it is coming in from UK version.

No. I used a regular visa the second time. Didn't want to put more cash into another pre-paid.

Used a diff card. Went through ok...thanks all.

Used a green dot visa debit card, First time stated insufficient funds. Added more to card tried again and it returned declined. Do I have to wait 24 hrs to try again? Ideas?

I mentioned this a while back too. Video is too choppy also. It's like watching a show in FF. I would rather the quality was adjusted. Too many action movies are affected. Just my opinion, again.

I would rather have the US version of Travel Channel 196. much better in my opinion.
