    user name and password hello I order 2 codes. I was having issues connecting. I changed 1 of my user codes. I wrote it down. So when I try and reset that code it's not found. I need help only 1 of my boxes working.

    hello I received my programs 2 days ago. I only entered the URL into receiver and it's blocked. I never got to the point where it asked for password. Now since it's blocked. Do I have to get a new URL?
